Great Apartments, with wonderful amenities and good neighbors. I feel safe and welcomed, and no one bothers each other. One ... thing I’ll note is they do paint over everything when someone moves out and another moves in, but it’s not necessarily noticeable until you really look. But I love my apartment, it’s huge and rent is affordable. 9/10 I definitely recommend moving here if you are looking for somewhere safe and comfortable! I've lived in Spa Cove for a little over two years now. I have enjoyed the convenience of the property and the many amenities. ... I love using the gym and am certainly happy pool season is upon us!
