I'm a new resident at Spa Cove and I've loved the welcome that I've received from the management team. The apartment is spacious with great amenities and there is no problem with parking. I enjoy having the gym onsite that is secure as well as a park for the kids and pool access. The complex is very nice and the apartment buildings are clean. The maintenance team is on point; when you place a ticket they come right away and take care of your concerns.

This is a quiet, pleasant community to live in. Clean buildings, grounds are well maintained, and prompt removal of snow during the winter months. Lovely Club House, pool, computer, and exercise room. The property is well managed. Very pleasant, friendly, customer service-oriented staff. We have been here for 5 years and hope to be here for many more!

I have been a resident here for 10 years and hope to be here for many more. The location is perfect for me. My friends and I have a weekly kayaking group. Over the years, many of my neighbors are like family to me. It's been a great place to settle down.
